Overview

The Settings page is where administrators configure Bridge platform preferences, security, and integrations.

Features

1. General Settings

    Manage platform name, logo, and color theme. Adjust time zone, date format, and language options.

    2. User Access

      Configure login policies, password requirements, and two-factor authentication.

      3. Integrations

        Manage external connections such as Microsoft Entra, email servers, and backup storage locations.

        4. Notifications

          Customize email and in-app alerts for events such as new user invites or time clock submissions.

          Common Workflows

          Update Branding

            Navigate to Settings > General. Upload the Bridge logo and adjust color palette. Click Save Changes to apply site-wide.

            Manage Security Settings

              Open Settings > Access. Enable or enforce two-factor authentication. Review access logs for unusual activity.

              Tips

                Review settings quarterly to ensure compliance with internal IT policies. Document configuration changes for audit purposes.
