Overview

The TenantsProjects section lists all organizational clients or entities operating within the Bridge platform.

This page provides a simpledetailed overviewview of tenantsall construction and theirmanagement associatedprojects metrics. Each tenant represents a company, department, or subcontractor usingunder Bridge Services.Services LLC. It is used to monitor progress, assign personnel, and manage documentation.

Functions

1. Project List

Displays all active and archived projects with key metrics:

  • ViewProject Name
  • Tenant
  • Status (Active/Completed/On Hold)
  • Start and End Dates
  • Assigned Personnel

Selecting a listproject ofopens allits tenantsdetailed page with theiradditional statuscontrols.

2. Creating a Project

  1. Navigate to Projects > New Project.
  2. Fill out the project details (name, tenant, description, start date, etc.).
  3. Assign project managers and creation date.foremen.
  4. SearchClick tenantsSave to finalize setup.

3. Managing Projects

  • Use filters to sort projects by nametenant or ID.completion status.
  • AccessClick linkeda users,project projects,to view associated documents and time tracking.entries.
  • Admins can archive or delete inactive projects.

Assign Personnel
