Bridge Admin Portal – :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

Overview

The Dashboard is the central hub of the Bridge Admin Portal. It gives administrators, project managers, and safety officers a high-level view of tenant activity, user counts, project status, documentation volume, and time tracking in one place.

From the Dashboard, Bridge users can:

Monitor active tenants and organizational activity Track user count and role distribution (e.g., platform administrators) Review project activity across tenants See document uploads and weekly contribution trends Check time entries logged for the current week Quickly jump to Docs/Support via Quick Links

          Sections

          1. Summary Cards

Each summary card surfaces the most important “at-a-glance” metrics and provides a View more button linking to the relevant management screen.

Card What it shows “View more” destination Total Tenants Total tenants + active tenant count/percentage :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3} Total Users Total users + role breakdown (e.g., platform administrators) :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4} Total Projects Total projects + active project count/percentage :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5} Total Documents Total documents + documents added “this week” (link destination depends on your document module; see doc suggestions below) Organizations Total orgs + active orgs (link destination depends on your org module; see doc suggestions below) Time Tracking Total hours/entries (current week) (link destination depends on time tracking module; see doc suggestions below)

Note: “View more” behavior is context-sensitive and typically takes you to the related listing where filters, status toggles, and actions are available.

          2. Top Tenant Metrics

Two tables show where activity is concentrated across the platform, each with a View all option.

            Top Tenants by Projects
Tenants ordered by project count (typically active projects). Use this to quickly identify high-engagement accounts.

            Top Tenants by Users
Tenants ordered by user count (assigned personnel). Use this to identify accounts that may need additional support or governance.

            Common Workflows

            Weekly Activity Check

Open the Dashboard. Review Time Tracking to see entries/hours for the current week. Use View more to drill into activity by tenant, project, or user (depending on your time tracking module layout).

              High-Engagement Tenant Review

Look at Top Tenants by Projects and Top Tenants by Users. Click View all for a full ranked list. Jump to the tenant record to inspect projects, users, and documents.

                Tips

The Dashboard is designed for high-level monitoring; use “View more” to perform detailed operations (activate/deactivate, edit, filter, export). Quick Links keep onboarding/support fast, especially for new admins needing process guidance. If you have retention rules or billing cycles tied to tenants/projects, add contextual notes to the relevant module docs.
