Bridge Admin Portal – Bridge Services LLC

Overview

The Dashboard is the central hub of the Bridge Admin Portal, designed to give team members a clear overview of company performance and platform activity. From here, administrators, project managers, and safety officers can quickly review tenant activity, project status, time tracking, and resource metrics.

The dashboard helps Bridge users:

  • Monitor total active tenants and users
  • Review project progress across organizations
  • Track time entry and billing summaries
  • Access quick links to documentation and support

Sections

1. Summary Cards

Each summary card provides real-time metrics for the most critical entities within the system:

Section Description
Total Tenants Displays the number of tenants currently active on the platform. Selecting View More navigates to the Tenants page for a detailed list.
Total Users Shows all users, categorized by role (e.g., Platform Administrator, Foreman, Safety Officer).
Total Projects Tracks all ongoing and archived projects. Use View More to access the Projects page.
Total Documents Displays total uploaded project and safety documents, with weekly upload trends.
Organizations Summarizes organizational tenants under Bridge Services LLC.
Time Tracking Shows total hours logged during the week across all projects.

2. Top Tenant Metrics

The Top Tenants by Projects and Top Tenants by Users tables highlight engagement levels across your client base.

  • Top Tenants by Projects: Prioritizes tenants with the highest number of active projects.
  • Top Tenants by Users: Highlights tenants with the most assigned personnel.

Use these metrics to identify high-activity accounts or partners requiring additional resources.

Common Workflows

Check Weekly Activity

  1. Log in as an administrator or project manager.
  2. From the Dashboard, review Time Tracking to see total weekly entries.
  3. Click View More for a breakdown by project and employee.

Identify Inactive Users or Tenants

  1. Review Total Tenants or Total Users cards.
  2. If any show 0% active, open their respective pages.
  3. Use the Status column in those pages to deactivate or follow up.

Tips

  • Refresh the dashboard regularly to ensure metrics reflect current data.
  • The View More buttons on each card are context-sensitive and link directly to their management pages.
  • Use the Docs link for full technical references, including API integrations.
